March 2025 —This vertical-format tutorial video walks staff through how to use Mashgin’s new Staff Assist Screen to quickly fix or edit transactions. Designed in a snappy, TikTok-style format, it uses concise on-screen text, upbeat pacing, and motion graphics to keep the viewer’s attention while demonstrating every step: from scanning a manager card and swapping out items to adding favorites and handling multiple trays. The approachable tone and visual clarity make it easy for new users to follow along and feel confident managing transactions right at the kiosk.

The real challenge was formatting an entire major product update into a video under 45 seconds without making it too information-dense.

Goal: Teach store staff how to use the new Staff Assist Screen to fix transactions quickly and accurately without slowing down the line.
